Free shipping anywhere in India if your cart value is Rs. 500 and above. A nominal fee of Rs. 40 will be charged on orders below the cart value of Rs. 500. Please allow 48 working hours for your order to be dispatched.
All domestic orders delivered within 3 business days and maximum 7 business days.
Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
General Scenario
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be canceled. ShriSaakthi.com has the complete right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ShriSaakthi.com and accepts the decision of ShriSaakthi.com regarding the cancellation.
Returns & Refund
- Returns & Refund – You have 24 hours to return an item from the date you have received it, we accept returns in case you have received a product in damaged conditions or have any manufacturing defects. You need to email an image and unboxing video of the damaged products along with proof of purchase to support@ShriSaakthi.com. We will get back to you with the best possible resolution within 24 hours. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. In case of refund, it will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
- ShriSaakthi.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. These shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
- Non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e., wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason), any extra cost spent by ShriSaakthi.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.
